Nissan mechanics please help! 96 maxima runs well and idles great. After the car gets to temperature it slowly starts to miss, then gets more pronounced, then serious hesitation, with hesitation starts to come throttle response. Throttle seems to try to play catch-up with pedal movement along with hesitation and then stalls mostly when slowing to stop. Engine light will not activate. The only hard fault in the ECM is the typical knock sensor code. ONLY when warm? Here is what I checked or replaced (static and dinamic tests) ingnition system and voltage, fuel pressure and flow, MAF, cat converter, cam/crank sens, relays, and many other sensors and or switches to long to list. Also, wouldn't most of your major engine sensors code? The problem seems to happen in length so you would think the ECM would capture it. MIL is verified- functions fine. I have seen a lot of stories on these maximas from the frail MAF to the harness on the right strut tower but this car runs great until at temperature. What am I overlooking people? Thanks in advance
