Timing chain and power steering pump

I'm working towards changing the timing chain in my 2005 Quest and ran into a road block at the power steering pump. I loosened the two fasteners at the tensioner but cannot get the 14mm bolt that mounts the pump to break loose. I have tried a box wrench and 3/8 ratchet. I can't get a 1/2 inch ratchet in there due to clearance.

Has anyone ran into this problem and what did you do? Maybe remove the exhaust or driveshaft to obtain more clearance?
