Guys, I have a broken ignition key. Somehow over the years, the loop holding the key to the FOB has broken.
I can get a new key cut but I need to have it programmed for the ignition/NVIS (immobilization) system. Is it only dealer programmable or can I do it myself with a series of steps? Are there steps outlined in the FSM?
I have both original keys in hand if it helps.
