Can the toe be adjusted in the rear?

My husband has a 2007 Nissan Sentra and recently ran up and over a curb. We had the vehicle repaired at a local body shop and when the repairs were done I asked for the alignment sheet. The sheet that they gave me was not the true before and after but a printout just prior to final adjustment. Both the total toe and the rear toe are out of spec. The primary impact was the right front but because it went up and over the curb I am wondering if this is related. As far as I know the toe is non adjustable in the rear but if so it would need shims correct (don't think that's possible on this one)? Other than the rear beam being damaged what could be causing this and what can be done about it? I can't see any visible damage to the beam is it possible like a knuckle for example that it could be damaged but difficult to visibly see?
