Hi, a new transmission was put into the car less than 2 months ago and has not been driven much since then. Occasionally, mostly during colder temperatures when you drive and then stop and continue to drive the car it wont accelerate past 35-40 mph. You can floor the pedal and it will just rev up. She took it back to the shop the first time and he said he couldn't re-create the problem and then the second time he gave my aunt a piece of paper with the code 720 on it, and then "1446 evap can closed". She told me he said he can't fix it because he doesn't know how. (I do not know where it was done, or who did it. Assuming a friend.) It is my aunts car and she wants me to try and fix it at my school in my shop class. I know some stuff but don't really know what to do with any of this information.. so just came to see if anyone here had anything for me. Thanks in advance, anything is appreciated!
