Hi,
I am a volunteer firefighter and I just recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2009 Rogue. I absolutely love the car. I am trying to install my emergency response lights in the vehicle. In the past I have simply drilled through the firewall and installed a grommet to run wires to the battery... I tried this with the Rogue through where the clutch would be if it was a manual. No luck...steel may be too hard???
Anyways, I am looking for other places to pas through the firewall. It does not have to be big...only fitting two 12 AWG wires. Are there any factory grommets in the firewall already? Can I somehow snake it through the factory wire harness grommet that is near the parking brake pedal?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
