96 GXE Clutch Inhibitor Relay?

Hey guys - I've read thru almost every post on every Nissan forum I could find, and I cant seem to find what I am looking for.

Short version, 96 GXE 5-spd, car wont start, no crank condition, was intermittently starting in the past, but now wont start at all. Can hear the relays on the interior fuse panel click (and feel them click when touched), battery, starter, alternator all checked out when tested at my local autozone, radio, AC, lights all work, lights DO NOT dim when tried to start - got some documentation from them stating that it may be the Clutch Inhibitor Relay - P/N 25230-89981, which should be mounted to the inner right fender panel toward the front of the engine bay... but I have no relays with that part number, nor looking at the pictures, do any of them match the relays I have in the car.

What is in my engine bay are 3 boxes, 2 have relays and one has fuses. On he outside of "box 2" (located on drivers side to the left of the battery) it has one relay labeled as "Clutch/N&P" but the relay in there (which has always been in there) has a part number of 25230-79971, and is a 4 pin, not like what the clutch inhibitor relay looks like at all. Im at a loss at this point on where to find that OR the Starter Relay P/N 25230-C9962. I've also checked to make sure that the rubber grommet was in place on my clutch pedal that depresses the actual clutch "button", and it is making contact.

Does anyone know where these relays are located on a 96 Altima GXE 5-spd car? I am about to :throw:

Thanks for any help that can be provided.
