05 Sentra inner tie rod

OK boys and girls. I've done a few inner tie rods but never ran into one that was round.

Can't find a inner tie rod tool that fits. Only suggestions was "use a pipe wrench"

Do they make a tool that fits a round inner tie rod or is the pipe wrench the way to go?
