'04 Door sag...

So.. my front doors have begun to sag to the point where it's annoying and the doors aren't closing properly.

I'm hoping it's just the bushings that need to be replaced. But, I've googled my fingers to the bone trying to find a hinge kit that fits a '04 Sentra...

Does anyone know of a kit that fits/works? Anyone know what size bushing is needed?
