Description: 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA SEDAN; AUDIO SETTING DISPLAY IN COMBINATION METER IS BLANK
The customer states the following:
- While driving, the audio setting (see example) in the Vehicle Information Display (VID) is blank while displaying normally in the audio unit.
- All other items in the VID display normally i.e. temperature, MPG, etc.
- Items above and below the VID display normally i.e. DTE, gear selection, etc.
- The issue occurs with the ignition ON or the engine running.
- The audio setting normally displays in the combination meter with the audio system on.
