Can I set the 12v socket (Cigarette lighter) to Remain ON at all times? - 2012 Sentra SE-R

My 2009 SE-R cigarette lighter 12V Socket Remained ON at all times. This was perfect for me as I'd occasionally charge Cell or bluetooth overnight...

My newly purchased 2012 SE-R socket turns On and OFF with the Ignition.

I'm hoping there is an easy way to set it to "Always ON".
