I adjusted my Throttle Position Sensor per the Technical Service Bulletin, but my OBD II scanner still says "No Data" for the throttle position when at idle. If I open the throttle, it puts out reasonable data.
If I rotate the TPS slightly clockwise while idling, it changes from "No Data" to "2%", or so, but then it is no longer set correctly according to the TSB.
Is this normal?
