Just traded my 2007 Murano for a 2012 Pathfinder Silver edition. In my old Murano I installed a simple harness behind the rear seats that allowed me to connect an iPod directly into the car's audio system. I was wondering if anything like that exists for the 2012 Pathfinder.
I came across this thing Nissan iPod® Interface Kit - 2008 to 2011 Nissans without Satellite Radio :: Nissan Parts, NISMO and Nissan Accessories - Courtesyparts.com
...which says it works in 2008-2011 pathfinders. I didn't think there were any differences between 2011 and 2012.
Anyhow, did anyone install one of these successfully in 2012 model? My truck is prewired for satellite radio already.
Is there a cheaper solution? I really don't want to use the AUX plug.
