Intelligent Key Questions

Hello everyone, just bought a 2011 Pathfinder from a dealership two hrs away. It came with only one I-KEY and the dealer has ordered a new (second) I-Key and is sending it to me. My questions are as follows:

1. Can I take the actual KEY blank anywhere to be cut from the original. So I at least have two keys

2. Understanding I need a dealership to program the Electronic Intelligent KEY, can I program the FOB for door lock/unlock function until I can get to the dealership (two hours away) to perform the full programming.

3.Can you Pls post a link to FOB programming instruction if I can program for lock/unlock function.
