Any form or trick to delete ODS?

hi, My 2005 SE passenger seat Occupant Detection System went bad, I try to buy it but at $1,125.00 + $200.00 shipping it's a little hard right now. There's a form to delete it or deactivate and most important if is possible? I know it's not the best way but at the moment I don't have the money.
