hi all, just joined the forum and wanted to say hello. came across it by chance and glad I did, lots of good stuff on here. got a problem with 1999 vanette,the immobiliser light stays on solid when the key is turned to the on position and it cant start , had a new chip put in the key but didn't make a difference. if I was to get a obd2 would this show the problem? thanks.....
