hi my daughter bought a xtrail 2003 the girl she bought it off had it serviced the day before after a week oil light came on there was no oil on the dipstick no leaks or smoke can be seen so after reading forums i looked at tail pipe oil was comeing out of tail pipe do you guys think the rings are gone should it be blowing smoke if this is so it has 143,000k on the clock when looking at log books the car has only been doing 450k a week and oil was not changed for 20,000k
