Need help 2001 altima throttle relearn?

I changed my intake manifold gasket recently and while I was at it I cleaned my throttle body and intake manifold because with 200,000+ miles it was dirty.

I hooked everything back up and now I have a high/rough idle at about 1100rpms or more.

I was reading that the throttle relearn might be my remedy but I can't seem to find the info for the '01 model or 2nd gens.

Mines the 2.5L Gxe if it matters.

Can someone please point me towards a correct throttle relearn for my vehicle?
